
This is one thing that really bugs me, and I've got to get it off my chest here. A lot of people think that all Realtors on the Virginia Peninsula do the same thing, so it doesn't really matter who you choose to list your home—but that couldn't be further from the truth.
Whether you call me or not, homeowners should know that they're always better served by a local Realtor than one from out of town.

We're local experts through experience, not because of online research. We get our information over lunch at Schooners Grill Poquoson, from a weekly community meeting at a local service club, or while buying fresh vegetables by the waterfront at Yorktown Market Days.
We know what it's really like to live here. We know what the schools are like. We know what communities have the best sidewalks or cul-de-sacs for playing on summer nights. We know how far out is "too far" if you want a little land with all the conveniences of town or even high-speed internet.
