Everybody says homes don’t sell during the winter…but my latest listing would disagree!
We had 3 offers, and my seller accepted an offer that was $26,000 over asking—all in one day! How about that for a “winter” market?
The truth is, a good home that’s priced right and shows well WILL sell. It doesn’t matter if it’s May or December. It doesn’t matter if it’s 20 degrees or 80 degrees.
People don’t stop moving just because the weather changes! So give me a call if you’re looking to move, any time of year.
